Qualifications

  • Experience with people managment required
  • Ability to think creatively to solve problems and deliver results
  • P&L management experience and an understanding of EBITDA beyond the acronym definition
  • Ability to effectively lead, coach, and mentor a team
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Travel required (approximately 60%)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for managing a team of District Managers across 30-60 sites and driving results by ensuring consistent quality across all operations.

  • Effectively manage the Region's performance in Sales, Quality, Service, and People development
  • Demonstrate, coach, observe, evaluate, analyze and train all aspects of ICWG Operations
  • Build positive relationships and high levels of trust with District Managers, Site Employees, and corporate support
